Admissions Policy

As many of you know, LPRT is a very popular program and we sometimes are unable to enroll all applicants. Our admissions policy is as follows:

Please read all information carefully!

This program is open to children ages 8 through 14 (jr. high – no high schoolers). If they turn 15 before the first day of the program, they’re not eligible.

Admissions to our program are based upon the following priorities in the order listed:

  1. Children of staff.
  2. Children who participated the prior year & whose completed registration forms & payments are received within the priority registration period as well as have met their mandatory parent job shift requirements.
  3. Siblings of children as defined above.
  4. Age eligible graduates of the prior LPRT Jr. Players Program and whose completed registration forms & payments are received within the priority registration period.
  5. All new applicants with completed registration forms & payments received within the general registration period.

In the unfortunate event that we are unable to accommodate all applicants, we will place applicants on a waiting list for the current production only.

*The Executive staff reserves the right to add additional spots for children with special needs, and families with extenuating circumstances.

**The Executive staff reserves the right to give consideration to a 14 year old child who has never before participated in LPRT.

*** The Executive staff reserves the right to give consideration to a balance of ages and genders when enrolling.
