Hello LPRT families,
Below is some info about a brand new school charter school program for performing arts right here in San Lorenzo Valley, taught by LPRT veteran director, Amber Walker. The program is for 7th and 8th graders (with the possibility of serving some 6th graders, based on teacher conference) designed with 4 days of classroom instruction with dance, theater, music, and art integrated across the core content areas. Fridays are reserved for field trips, community activities, independent study, and other options.

The initial Deadline to turn in Applications for Quail Hollow Integrated Arts (QHIA) was in April, however, the program is not yet full, so no lottery was needed and all applications can be accepted. From now on, enrollment is date stamped as it is received until full. There are still a few spots left!

About LPRT

Video & Voiceover by Lani Faulkner

For almost 40 years, Little People’s Repertory Theatre has provided a unique, low-cost high quality summer musical theatre program for children 8-14.
LPRT is the most affordable children's theater program in Santa Cruz County.

Since 1998, LPRT has offered children the unique opportunity to do “non-traditional” theater. We present an original rock musical tailor written for a cast of 70 children. We take a traditional fairytale or folktale and rewrite it with a contemporary twist. We parody classic rock and pop songs and performers. Every child sings, dances and has a spoken part.

In addition to serving 8-14 year-olds, LPRT also serves young children and teens through our Junior Players Program and our Teen Mentorship Program.
