Parent Shifts

You will need to bring a power washer to super clean the green room space and front entrance areas. Start time is flexible but may need to work around set and house needs.

We have the trucks but need some muscle power to load from Scotts Valley Storage, unload and assemble at Park Hall. Bring screw guns if you have them.

Supervise & support actors in green room for duration of show. Clean up green room and help house managers with cleaning the hall.

Help set up the chairs in Park Hall.

This job meets the 5 shift requirement. Makeup shifts start at 3:00pm for those who can make it early and up until 5:00 for those who can’t. Earlier time TBA on dress rehearsal, 10:00am at the earliest on Sundays. We will need a crew for the costume review at 12:30, on Friday, July 10. You can schedule according to your availability but must be able to work at least 5 shows, ideally 7 shows. You will be done before show time begins. Also, There will be several training meetings scheduled, you will need to attend at least 2 of them.

After our final performance the stage needs to come down and be hauled away. Bring your truck and tools to help. We will bring you dinner!

Help set up cast party & collect entrance fees.

Clearing tables, general area clean up, help pack up food and buffet equipment.

This is the evening after closing show. Bring trucks and tools if you can.

This is 2 days after the close of show. Clean and mop floors, paint stage, clear out leftover bits and pieces. Coffee will be provided!
