Ticket & Seating Policies

Pickup

All tickets will be held at the box office, and we request that you pick them up at least 15 minutes before curtain. The box office opens one hour before the scheduled performance.

Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final, no exchanges or cancellations.

Refunds

All sales are final. LPRT tickets are non-refundable.

Access

We provide early seating for anyone with health or mobility concerns. Please contact us in advance, or communicate your needs to our box office staff before the house opens and we will make the proper accommodations.

Children

Children 2 years old and younger do not require a ticket as long as they are seated on a lap.

Front Row Seating

A portion of the front row is reserved for those who purchase reserved front row seating options. The order in which the front row seating is determined is by the time of purchase. Front row tickets purchased first, begin seating at the center aisle, and subsequent tickets are seated in order across the front row.

Premium Riser Seating

Premium riser seats are a section of seating toward the back of the theatre which are tiered so that the rows in front of you are lower down, giving you a preferred viewing experience. The order in which the seating is determined is by the time of purchase. Groups will be seated together.

General Admission Seating

With the exception of reserved front row seating and premium riser seats, the remainder of the seats are general admission and considered first come, first serve. Items may not be placed on seats as a means to reserve them prior to the house opening unless there is approval from the house manager. Doing so will result in the items being removed.

Line Rules & Etiquette

You, or a member of your party must physically be present in line to be considered “in line”. Empty chairs, blankets, or other items meant to save or reserve a place in line will be removed at the discretion of our staff, if no actual person is present.

Group Tickets for Non-Profit Organizations

For qualifying non-profits we offer a block of 12 tickets at a highly discounted price. To inquire about this option, please contact LPRT.
